Mo’s Pub and Grill to Host Open Mic Night Summer Series

Mo’s Pub & Grill is proud to announce their first Open Mic Night Summer Series. The Open Mic Series will run every Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Mo’s Pub & Grill at 3357 State Route 11 in Malone, NY. Weather dependent, artists can entertain crowds on the outdoor patio or inside the bar area. Local talent, Brian Fairchild and Shawn Legacy, will be hosting each event.

“We’ve always had live music on Friday nights here at Mo’s,” said Christine Monette, Vice President of food and beverage operations at Mo’s. “But with the summer coming up, locals out and about, and golfers hitting the links, we figured it was time to spice it up and add some local flair to our schedule.”

Mo’s Pub & Grill welcomes all artists to come out and perform. Instrumentals, singing, spoken word and comedy are all acts that Mo’s is prepared for. “Our first Open Mic was this past Thursday and for the inaugural night it was a fantastic time,” Monette said. “The night was mostly acoustic guitar sets but we’re excited to expand to other types of family-friendly performances.”

Pre-registration for Open Mic Night is appreciated but not required. Anyone interested in performing can show up the day of or can email MosPubMalone@gmail.com with questions or requests. A microphone and speaker system is provided but artists should bring their own musical instruments or additional props.
