![]() Mo's Pub & Grill in Malone, NY, has partnered with the United Way of the Adirondack Region to create a unique fundraiser in the Malone area. Every Wednesday in the month of May, Mo's will donate 10% of dining room sales to the United Way. Money collected will be used to benefit programs in the Malone area. The United Way of the Adirondack Region is a voluntary fund-raising and human service organization that was started in 1949. They have offices in Elizabethtown, Malone, and Plattsburgh and serve Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Counties. Their mission is to be a leader in community partnership building and to increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another. This month's fundraising Wednesdays are part of a longer campaign by Mo's Pub & Grill to become more involved in community and fundraising efforts. Since September of 2014, Mo's has benefited one non-profit each month. Last month Mo's held their 3rd Annual Tag Sale to benefit Adirondack for Kids and in February they helped out with the Malone Adult Center.
